Lodging
Lodging is available at the Hotel Nikko at a rate of $219 / night (plus taxes and fees). This discounted rate is available for a limited number of rooms for the nights of the course and for several nights before/after the course. Once these rooms are taken, lodging may still be available at a non-discounted rate. Hotel reservations requested after August 15, 2008 are on a "space available" basis. To obtain reservations, contact the Nikko hotel directly and identify that you are part of the "P Less Than" sponsored course in September 2008. In addition, please indicate in the application below that you will be staying at the Nikko Hotel.

Wednesday Add-on Courses
Morning:
•  8:00 am - Noon: Introduction to R
  (Continental breakfast will be served at 7:30 AM for those in the R course.)
Afternoon:
•  1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Introduction to NONMEM

NONMEM Workshop

Sunday Add-on Course

All attendees must have a NONMEM license, either personally or through their employer, before attending the course. NONMEM licenses can be obtained from Globomax Corporation, Phone: 1 410 696-3100, FAX: 1 410 480-0776.

Fees/Cancellation Fees:

* Plus $400 for each Wednesday add-on course, and $500 for the Sunday afternoon course. For those who take the PLT Tools class, $250 of the registration fee can be applied to the license fee for PLT Tools.

We accept payment in US dollars by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover), or bank transfer. There is a $20 service fee for bank transfers and a 3% service fee for credit card payments.
